The first is the History of BFN, Where We Came From & Where We’re Headed. It’s a short history on how BFN developed out of the successful struggle for Open Bargaining, and contains valuable lessons for how we can fight (and win) to build a stronger NALC.

The second is a practical guide on how to build a chapter of BFN in your local Branch based on our experience building these chapters so far.

Both documents are a starting point to discuss with other letter carriers in your station or Branch, and can help as you begin to build a local chapter.
